Return and Refund Policy

 

At Louso we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer the following return and refund policy:

 

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

 

1. Return Window:

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

2. Conditions for Refunds:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

Refunds will not be provided for items that are damaged due to mishandling during transit. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the package upon delivery and contacting the shipping provider for damages caused during transit.

Any product showing signs of use, alteration, or wear will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Process for Returns and Refunds

 

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@louso-leamington.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

 

Damages During Transit

 

We take great care to ensure your order is securely packaged; however, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and contact us to assist where possible.
